The
official dates for this year's conferences are
July
16-25th, 2003.
Please read over the following information carefully. All persons
accepted for festival attendance in the
second
round of acceptance will be provided with complete details regarding
the reservation of your spot at the festival and the procedure for
student fee payment.
Your
request for an application should provide some personal information
about you as well as 1 short essay:

Only your Name, Country, E-Mail and University will be published if
you whish so.
Essay:
write an essay (200 words) about yourself, about
your experience and interests. What do you study? What is your
motivation for participating in ISFiR 2003? Have you participated in
similar festivals before? Are you a member of a student organization?
If yes, please specify.

12 July 2003.
We will be selecting our participants and sending
out replies to everyone.

Citizens
of the UK and the US have the option of paying in their own
currency:
£270 GBP or $350 USD
|
The
one-time student fee covers 10 nights accommodation in Rome, all
breakfasts and dinners, and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages during
the entire conference, all local transportation, all field trips, all
organized activities, an ISFiR diploma and a closing ceremonies
gala evening followed by an end-of-conference private party.
Financial support
We
may be able to offer some of our participants a travel scholarship.
Please
note that ISFiR 2003 only has a limited sum to offer, so we encourage
you to search for alternative ways of financing your travel.
Food and accommodation
ISFiR 2003
will provide food and accommodation during your stay in Rome.
